- Check-in: 15 minutes in advance to the departure time. In case of not arriving on time, please wait for further arrangements from the staff.
- More than 72 hours before departure : Free cancellation or free rescheduling.
- 24–72 hours before departure : Non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted.
- Within 24 hours of departure : Non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Tickets purchased for public holidays and Tet are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- While we strive to ensure a smooth and regular service, bus schedules may be delayed, reduced in frequency, or have routes changed suddenly due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures during holidays and festivals, and other unforeseen circumstances.
