Know before you go
- This is a day tour only. Please plan your start time so you can use the full 4-hour ticket validity (until 16:00). After 16:00, the buses operate without stops and hopping on/off is not available. To enjoy the full route, passengers are advised to start the trip no later than 12:00.
- Preferred starting point: Central Post Office, but you may start and finish your tour at any stop along the route.
- Check-in for the War Remnants Museum is available from 08:30 – 15:30.
- To receive your museum ticket, please meet the Anh Viet Hop On – Hop Off staff in red T-shirt at our standee located right at the museum entrance gate (28 Vo Van Tan Street, Xuan Hoa Ward).
- Duration: 4 hours (plus up to 1 hour to visit attractions).
- Operating hours (day tour): First bus at 08:00 – last bus at 15:30
- Frequency: every 30 minutes

- To support sustainable travel, complimentary drinking water refills are available from a shared onboard water container. Paper cups are provided.

- Tours operate rain or shine. Refunds are only available if the service is suspended due to severe weather. If you choose not to travel because of heavy rain, you may reschedule your booking for another date.

- Check-in: 15 minutes in advance to the departure time. In case of not arriving on time, please wait for further arrangements from the staff.
- More than 72 hours before departure : Free cancellation or free rescheduling.
- 24–72 hours before departure : Non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted.
- Within 24 hours of departure : Non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Tickets purchased for public holidays and Tet are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
