Hanoi- Ho Chi Minh City- Phu Quoc in 11 Days

After breakfast at the hotel at 08:00 the driver will pick you up for a full day Hanoi city tour. Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake, the Ho Chi Minh complex including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh houses and One Pillar Pagoda, and the Vietnam Ethnology Museum. Lunch is at a local restaurant. In the afternoon visit the Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam, and Hoa Lo Prison Museum. Return to your hotel for relaxation and overnight in Hanoi. Note museum closures and dressing requirements for mausoleum and temples.

Driver picks you up from your hotel and transfers you to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the harbor join the cruise by tender, receive a welcome drink, check in and have lunch on board. Participate in cruise activities according to itinerary including exploring caves and grottos, kayaking and a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. Enjoy dinner on board while admiring the night sea and overnight on the cruise.

Start the day with an early Tai Chi session on the sundeck or relax on board while cruising back to the port. Have breakfast or brunch on board, deboard and say goodbye to the crew. A Limousine Bus transfers you back to Hanoi where a driver will take you to Noi Bai Airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport a driver will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel for check in and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

At 08:00 the driver and guide pick you up from the hotel for city visits including Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, and the War Museum. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Cu Chi Tunnels to explore the tunnel complex including living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, stores and workshops to understand wartime life. Return to Ho Chi Minh City and overnight.

After breakfast depart Ho Chi Minh City via Trung Luong Expressway to Can Tho. Arrive, have lunch at the hotel restaurant, check in and rest. From 14:30 to 17:00 start a biking tour from the hotel through Ba Lang garden to visit the 160-year-old Gian Gua, the shrine Ba Thuong Dong Co Hi, and a tropical fruit garden for tasting and eco explanations. Visit a local vegetable nursery where you may help water and pick produce and have the opportunity to plant a sapling. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight at Can Tho Eco Lodge.

Breakfast at 06:30 then at 07:15-07:30 board a sampan from the hotel pier and cruise on the Ba Lang River to the Cai Rang Floating Market, the busiest floating market in the West. After the market visit a local rice noodle factory where you can participate in steps of making Hu Tiu noodles. Continue to a local farm garden for a walk, row a Vietnamese dinghy, enjoy fresh fruits and traditional Don Ca Tai Tu music. Return to Can Tho Ecolodge, check out at 12:00 and transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. Check in at hotel and relax.

Breakfast at the hotel and free time until check out. Driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby and transfer you to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight to Phu Quoc. On arrival in Phu Quoc, a driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel for check in and leisure. Overnight in Phu Quoc.

After breakfast around 08:00-08:10 visit a pearl farm and shell handicraft workshop and shop. Arrive at An Thoi port and embark on a speedboat to the An Thoi Archipelago. Visit Roi Isle for snorkeling and optional sea walking at the Coral Conservation Park at your own expense, then Gam Ghi or May Rut Isle for a second snorkeling session of about 40 minutes. At Fingernail Isle take photos with a SUP board and fly-cam filming. Have lunch on May Rut Trong or Fingernail Isle, then head to Sunset Town for sightseeing and return to the hotel by 17:00.

Breakfast at the hotel and a free day to explore Phu Quoc on your own or join optional day tours. Suggested optional activities include Hon Thom Cable Car, Aquatopia Water Park, Sunset Town, Kiss Bridge, watching the Kiss of the Sea show, Vin Wonders, Vinpearl Safari, Grand World and visiting the sleepless city areas. Overnight in Phu Quoc.

Breakfast at the hotel and leisure time until scheduled departure. Driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby and transfer you to Phu Quoc Airport for your flight home.
