Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations by Anh Viet
- For day tours (island or land tours), Anh Viet reserves the right to cancel the tour in the following cases:
- If the minimum number of guests is not met, our Customer Service team will notify guests one day before departure to reschedule, change to another tour, or cancel with a full deposit refund.
- If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions (e.g., rough sea or restriction by the Coast Guard), customers may reschedule or cancel the tour and receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations by the Customer
- If customers cancel before the departure date, the following charges will apply:
- Cancellation before 10:00 PM on day (N-1) (N = departure date): Free cancellation.
- Cancellation after 10:00 PM on day (N-1): A 100% cancellation fee of the deposit amount will be charged.
- Cancellations due to Force Majeure
- In case the tour must be canceled or changed due to force majeure (accidents, natural disasters, wars, epidemics, etc.), both parties will discuss and agree on an appropriate solution.
- Any refunds or compensations (if applicable) will depend on the related service providers.
